Originally from the UK & following a 17 year military career I know enjoy the much more relaxed uniform of board shorts and a rash vest. I get a real kick out of making a scuba experience the very best it can be, whether that is via tuition or introducing rare aquatic species to my guests. Either way, what results is a friendship with a shared common goal, to breathe life into your adventure.

  1. Highly recommended. Rob and Debbie at Offshore Africa have put together an excellent team so you have a wealth of local expertise available on the boat to learn from and a gyro copter doing the action spotting. The boats are comfortable and everything you need is on board. It’s a hop on hop off situation so some encounters may be best viewed whilst snorkeling and some you may need to get into your scuba, but we found every day packed with excitement. The lodge was very comfortable -everyone was accommodating and super friendly. It’s a beautiful part of the world and worth the visit.

    1. Thanks for your feedback kathy, it’s difficult to emphasize how good this trip is; to be teaming up with Rob and Debbie and the Offshore Africa crew on top of staying in the Riverside Lodge is simply fantastic. We cannot wait for 2019.
